If a user books a call with an expert , there are two scenarios here -
1) User doesn't show up : If a user doesn't show up and expert does, there is a no refund for this as we value our expert's time and pay them for their valuable time.
- In case a user cancels the call 3 hours before the scheduled meeting start time, then we refund 70 % of the amount back to the user.
- In case a user cancels the call 12 hours before the scheduled meeting start time, we refund 100 % of the amount minus any processing fee. But if the call was scheduled in less than 12 hours time frame, and end up cancelling the call with just 3 hours before the meeting start time, then we refund 70 % of the amount back to the user.
2) Expert doesn't show up : If an expert doesn't up but user does , then we refund full money back to the user. No questions asked !
3) Both user and expert do not show up : If for some reason, both user and expert didn't show up and meeting status was pending, there is no refund as we expect user's to be responsible for attending their scheduled meeting and our expert will also not be paid as they didn't show up either.
